White-label 3D billboard production: how agencies and media owners add 3D without a studio

You stay client-facing, we build the 3D. How white-label production works for agencies, media owners and resellers, what it costs, and what your client sees.

The problem

Clients ask for 3D billboards. Building a 3D studio takes years and the wrong kind of payroll for an agency. Freelancers do not know the media owners’ specs. So the brief goes to a studio the client can see, and the agency loses the relationship.

White-label production solves this. The agency owns the client, the deck and the calls. We build the 3D, under the agency’s name.

Who it is for

Agencies. Add 3D moments to media recommendations. We produce under your name and join client calls only if you want us to.

Media owners. Sell corner and flat screens with a 3D creative offer attached. We already know your requirements, so files are approved first time.

Resellers. A production partner for the markets you cover: your time zone, your languages, fast turnaround, one point of contact.

How it works

You send the brief and the screen. We send a static concept, then an animatic, then the film, each under your name. Two rounds of changes are included. We deliver in the media owner’s format and handle the approvals in the background. Your client sees your agency from start to finish.

The terms

An anamorphic asset starts at $15,000. Delivery is 3 to 4 weeks from the approved brief, with two rounds of changes. A quote comes back within 24 hours of a complete brief. The full terms are on the partners page.

What you need to send

The same things a brand would: the screen layout, its real size, a photo from where people see it, the media owner’s requirements, and the product files. The screen brief checklist is written so you can forward it to your client as is.

What your client gets

A 3D film built for their screen, the social cut, the option of a FOOH version from the same assets, and a campaign that gets filmed. Across our work this has added up to more than 3B earned and owned media views, and 150+ campaigns on 750+ screens in 14 countries.

Why not just hire a 3D artist?

A 3D artist can model and animate. A 3D billboard also needs the screen’s geometry, the crowd’s viewpoint, the media owner’s pixel map and file rules, the versions per screen and language, and the resubmission when a file is flagged. That is a process, not a skill, and it is what you are buying.

Start with one screen

Send us one brief. If the concept, the timeline and the client’s reaction work for you, the second one is easier. Enquire here.
